Adding groups and recipes...

Adding groups and recipes is simple, at the bottom of every view there are +, -, and edit buttons

Adding recipes to groups...

Drag one or many recipes from the recipe selection to a group. If you add Aunt Ellen’s cheesecake to the cakes group, it will also be added to the Desserts group because cakes is part of the desserts group.

Adding ingredients to a shopping list...

Select the recipes you wan to add to a shopping list, then control-click or right-click the recipes and this handy menu will pop up.

Ejecting an export file

Control-click or right-click the export file or even the online library and click eject

Quickly adding a new ingredient...

⌘I, is the quick key combination to insert a new ingredient.

Quickly changing the ratings of a recipe...

If the recipe is part of your local library, then simply click on the the rating, difficulty or previously prepared items to change their values. You can do this anywhere you see the indicators.

Also note, if you check a recipe as previously prepared, then the rating stars turn blue, a convenient way to tell which recipes you have prepared, and what you thought of them.

Or simply drag selections of ingredients into the table!

No more having to type digital recipes, just select and drag!

Enable the Visual Browser...

You can switch between the text and image navigation with the button below. Browsing your recipes visually is absolutely wonderful!
